Matt, Pattrick and Fiona were great to work with! They understood what we needed and pushed hard for us to get our loan closed in a timely manner. There were some hiccups along the way with the lender but Matt and Pattrick helped us manage the closing process and get all the credits and rate we were looking for. We would definitely recommend their services and hope to work with them again in the future.
