Shopping for mortgage rate can be time consuming and demanding because I want to get a good rate while doing business with someone I trust and also being able to advise me on what to do (not just someone who does paperwork for me). Terry did all of that for me and more. He's honest and transparent in telling me what to expect or if there's something that would benefit me (even at his own expenses), he would tell me. Terry knows what he's doing with his loan and ensures that everything goes smoothly for me. He is extremely responsive & timely to everyone during the loan process.
