We used Loan Factory, Inc, for our 3 home loans in the past. However, there was not a time we were satisfied with our experience, until now, with our recent home loan process. This time when we chose Terry (Huy) to help us with our new home purchase. We stumbled upon great reviews and someone we know also used/recommend Terry. We trusted our gut to go with him and Terry and his assistant, Hoai Ngo, works hard to deliver a fast and seamless experience for getting our loans approved quickly! A special thank you to Terry for his patience, guidance, and reassurance throughout this loan process. He is very responsive; it doesn't matter what time of day that you had questions or concerns. This is where I, jokingly asked him, "do you ever sleep?" lol. Truly dedicated to helping his clients! His assistant, Hoai, is detailed in following through and processing paperwork in the background but Terry oversees everything to make sure everything is done correctly and goes through smoothly. He is honest, professional, and knowledgeable but most importantly he made you feel that you have a "buddy" right by your side in this loan process.
