Working with my loan officer, Terry Huy Nguyen and his team, Hoai and Fiona on my Non-QM loan was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, they were knowledgeable, patient, and responsive, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions.
A Non-QM loan can be more complex than a traditional mortgage, but they made everything feel smooth and stress-free. They worked diligently to find the best financing solution for my situation, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and ensured we closed on time.
